I'm going to go out on a limb and vote for the matrix: reloaded because it had one of th ebest chase scenes i have seen in a long time, and despite the shoddy animation, the fight between neo and the agent smiths was fucking cool.

Haven't seen Hardware, but it gets my vote because I really wasn't too impressed with Rollerball or the Planet of the Apes remake.
