that is what i made for dinner, and i must say that it was pretty damn tasty.

Some fine-grade minced beef cooked in a little soy, fish sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, chilli, ginger and pepper.
Mushrooms, carrots, and choy-sum went in, along with a little basil, corriander and lime leaf, and about 1/4 can of coconut milk.
Eating with some oven baked lebanese flatbread, coffee.
