Harold and Kumar go to White Castle

Made with the same style and humor of the American Pie movies. It was ok and fun to watch.

is there a new version now with the nudity back in ?

the reason i'm asking is that i picked up a copy used some time ago and it happened to be the initial release ... and it (at least at one time) was worth a lot of $$$ on ebay..(it was sheer luck i got it as i didnt know about the censoring until later - and i paid about 8$ for it)

be interesting to know if it still is worth anything ..

There was some brief Barbeau nude shots, of her bathing in the swamp. You didnt see a whole lot, it was shot from fairly far away, and she was submerged to her belly button or so. You see her get out of the water, still from afar, and you can see part of her behind and her breasts. Is this what you are talking about? If so, I doubt that it's very rare. I got my copy for around $10 brand-new on Ebay.

Madhouse [2004]

As far as movies go, Ive had one heck of a week. Nothing that was overly terrible, the worst movie I watched was Swamp Thing. Seeing that I go back to school on Monday, this is probably one of the last films Ill get to see for awhile...and what a way to cap off a great film-watching week! As you may or may not know, Im a huge fan of films set in mental hospitals. Session 9, House on Haunted Hill remake, the list goes on. Well, Madhouse started out like a typical asylum flick: A young doctor arrives at the hospital, becomes aquainted with some patients and staff members, gets tricked into thinking a patient is a doctor...you know, the usual stuff. Until about 15-20 minutes in, it sticks to the formula. After it's introduced the characters however, you know you're in for a different kind of film. I cant say much more aout the plot without giving it away, but suffice to say there are some very creepy moments. The actors are surprisingly good, with no real stand-out performances. The entire cast was great. With the exception of a few really corny lines, the script seemed to be written well. The ending is the main drawback of the movie, but I wont spoil it for you by explaining how. Ill just say that the Alternate Ending on the DVD was MUCH better. Overall, this is a great movie. No more needs to be said, just go rent it and you shouldn't be disapointed!

8.5/10
