Sympathy For Lady Vengeance. I turned it off after she shot the dog. I have no interest watching that sort of thing. Very glad I didn't make the mistake of blind buying this one. Up to the point where I turned it off, I found it to be as boring and uninteresting as Mr. V.

If Neil Gaiman ever made a horror script i´m sure it would look a lot like Re-cycle.


Re-cycle..... What can i say..... Half horror, half fairytale/nightmare. But man, what a perfect blend!!!

The visuals and scenery are amazing and the different ghosts are quite scary.

I´ll admit that the first 15-20 minutes was slow and half boring (Maybe because i saw it without subtitles :rolleyes:), but it sure picks up the pace from there.

The Pang brothers has taken a huge step up with this one (never been a big fan of "the eye"). And nice finally to see some asian directors with creative imagination and lots of new ideas for the genre. Hail!!

The best horror movie to come out of 2006 imho.

Ab-normal Beauty. Damn, that was one disturbing flick! I went in expecting a typical Asian ghost story and was totally unprepared for this one. I had to stay up extra late after this one to get some of the images out of my head.

Face. Not bad, but it didn't really hold my attention very well for some reason. I think I might need a short break from Asian horror.

Sorum - It's slow as molasses in winter, but it's actually pretty good. The ending (as with most Asian movies) made me scratch my head a little, but I "think" I got the overall idea. It's not really a horror movie, but it is disturbing.

Most of the movie is about a woman who finds beauty in death and walks around taking pictures of it. Then follows the last 15-20 minutes that somehow seems out of place.
