Ribcut has failed to meet his team obligations twice

Illdojo still isn't aware that he has been placed on our team (I'm not too concerned about this, as he serves as a placeholder for now, it could only potentially cause a problem in the next challenge).

Yet, I think it would be fair to consider both for disqualification, and also fair if both teams voted on it.
