We currently have 18 qualifiers, so if we do 3 more rounds we will end up with 27. Then we can have three rounds of nine (one character from each film) and the winning three from each second round will go into the final.
Any thoughts?

As for films, Im happy to have Day of the Dead and would nominate Terminator trilogy and Dog Soldiers also.

Not a bad idea Scouse, but personally I'd rather see a big ol' epic match - wait until we get up to at least 30 contenders (if not more), then just post an epic brawl. But, whatever works :)

So, it's looking like Day of the Dead is the favourite so far - I'll let it go for a bit longer to see if we get some other input, just in case.

As for the Royal Rumble, with so many characters I was thinking the points added/deducted could be altered slightly. Two quick options for consideration.

1: Each turn we can vote a +1, -1 and -2

2: Each turn we have five points to spend

+1 costs 3 points
-1 costs 1 point
-2 costs 2 points

This way you can alter the number and value of votes.

Not a bad idea Scouse...but it could get damn confusing. Still, I can see it making things a bit more interesting...we shall see when we get there :)
