ALL Nominees, and there's still more! It does get slightly better though - Thank God!

If it was only the ones with two or more votes then there would only be 1 or 2 nominees per category. Why make it easy?

* and some didn't have a clear winner*, by that I mean 1 or 2 more than any other nominees.

It's waiting patiently.

Its the global, then decades, Tv, Kids, Factual, best & worst horror of the year, two life time achievemnt awards (one only has one nominee) and then the impact.

I'm just posting as they where written down.

And forget what I said about it getting easier!

*note to self NO WORST categories the next (if ever) time *

To the Judges - You didn't think it was going to be easy now, did you? :p

Kane_Hodder 10-21-2007 07:43 AM

Who are the judges? They have some tough stuff to go through. I would love to see which ones they decide to award.
Good luck, judges.

Disease 10-21-2007 08:22 AM

Shit, I didn't realise there where so many catergories...

Why did you think it took me so long to post them?

Re:deliberating You can start now if you wish, if you can get hold of anyone
I see no reason why, it can't be discussed over the forum - PM or messanger whatever, the choice is yours.
Im wondering if Sunday rather than Saturday would be easier, for the awards though, considering the amount

hellfire1 is a new judge. :)

Like I said to Gore earlier in the week : everyone shall have a vote if they wish.

Weehaw...gimme a sec while I whip my Excel worksheet out!:D

I sorta forgot who all were the judges too, tic. It was you, me, Stygian, Disease...and?

tic 10-21-2007 08:48 AM

I'll repeat it louder this time:

Maybe a change of date would be better

and little ol' me

There had been an amendment though, Dante not available, ........but hellfire1 is; actually I asked her the other day, but seems appropriate now. I haven't heard from Bleeding_Angelgirl for a while, so I'm not sure what the position is, but the rest are ALL judging.

Disease 10-21-2007 08:56 AM

Well, I'm easy with Saturday or Sunday.....

So was it decided on for early afternoon instead of night aswell
?

_____V_____ 10-21-2007 09:14 AM

I think there could be a better place for deliberating over this. And some of the categories could take a LONG WHILE in deliberation.

Tell me if you wanna hear it...

Disease 10-21-2007 09:15 AM

where are you thinking?

Because I was going to set up msn because thats what everyone else seems to want....

tic 10-21-2007 09:43 AM

we have a plan, which means you wouldn't need MSN or any other messager, i'll PM you very shortly

Tic will PM you about it. I got the judges' list (thanks, tic) and out of that...if Dante and bleeding_angelgirl are indisposed...are we looking for replacements or going ahead with it?

Sounds like something Flayed would love to be a part of. Although the number of categories may turn him off.

I wish I could, but time constrictions are the death of me right now. I've actually got a really fun project in mind when I get back here on a regular basis. You know I live for this stuff;)

Hopefully I'll be able to get on and log onto Gore's show this Wednesday.

Thats sad...and I so wished you were a part of the Gorific 100 too.

(I am sure you went through it, and had your approvals and frowns over em too);)

I cant wait till you are back on a regular basis again!

I see I need to fix the first two 100's. I'm sad that I didn't get to be part of it either. Soon as I get back on a regular basis, I'll write some blurbs for it (are we writing blurbs for it?)

You betcha we are! I still got the PM I sent you back in April, about the blurbs which were left.:D

GorePhobia 10-21-2007 11:57 AM

done and done

Bub the Zombie 10-21-2007 12:06 PM

That is a LOT of work. All I can say is...........good luck judges.

GorePhobia 10-21-2007 12:32 PM

thanks Bub

ferretchucker 10-21-2007 12:43 PM

I can't do it late at night on the sunday, some of us still have parents telling them to go to bed!

tic 10-21-2007 01:07 PM

It won't be too late, early evening - have work the next day

tic 10-22-2007 02:12 AM

Anyway to confirm: because there are 52 categories in the oscars, and people do have other things to do, (though what would be more important than this one, I haven't a clue, though by this time everyone should have recovered from the shock) the date for the Oscars has been changed to:

Sunday, 28th of October

time tba - though it will be around 7 or 8 pm GMT

thats 2-3pm est, 11am - 12 noon pst

The closing date for the Judges vote is Friday the 26th midnight pst, so that all votes can counted. (thats 8 am Saturday, UK & 3am eastern time, also Saturday)

Then we can work on the oscars night itself, re running order, and who's doing what.

I'll send a PM to those judges who don't know about the voting method - so if you have already made up your mind, sorry

*like I said, did you honestly think it would be that easy*

ferretchucker 10-22-2007 02:17 AM

okay, but it can't run too late. Because my mum can't get stressed out at the moment, I'm going to be in bed by 10:30pm.

tic 10-22-2007 02:23 AM

I don't think it will take that long, even if a party is held afterwards, I won't be here all night.

Did you get the PM?

ferretchucker 10-22-2007 02:29 AM

Yes I did!
