Just winding my day down....had a few beers...some nice bbq....the pool was great as was the company...watched a bit of "The Eagles " new DVD on the big screen...I don't care what age you are...ya gotta love The Eagles...now i'm heading off to bed for a loooong kip.

Hey urge, what is the average age in the league you play in? What level did most guys play, high school, JC, College, Pro?
How fast is the average pitchers fastball in your league?

average age ? on our team - 40+ and there arent very many high level players ..

here in canada there isnt really any college or highschool ball ... just city league ball ..

and i havent played fastball since i was a kid - its a mixed league .. (slow-pitch)

i doubt very much i could hit a fast ball these days :)

got up at about 5, ate breakfast, went to the gym got back home about 40 minutes ago showered now I'm hanging here and listening to some music.

I just took a bath

now im going to dry my hair

then Im going to lurk on HDC for a while

got home from work thismorning, slept a bit, got up showerede ate a sandwich, fiddled about indoors and outdoors for a while with jobs etc, then went food shopping for essentials and some bbq stuff for tonight....


just don't want rain this evening, got some bbq ribsteaks, big peppers & mushrooms, sub rolls and chicken burgers for the burner.

duno.... need to classify whether 5 hours is a 'kip' or a 'sleep'.... then again since I normaly only sleep for 7 hours, it'll be a 'sleep' I'd say a 'kip' for me would be around 2 to 3 hours for me...

I got back home from the gym like an hour ago and passed out on the couch, woke up and showered and now I'm hanging here while eating and watching tv.

got up, had a drink and fed one of the cats.

I basically just hung out here and watched a few movies all day now I'm off to sleep, training camp starts at 1am and I can't fucking wait:D :D :D

Waiting for a auction to close... then going to buy a Dead Pool figure.
