I loved Donnie Darko. That movie made me cry, actually. I was so sad when he died.
I too love thought provoking movies. I thrive on movies (and the occasional TV series) that make you think, and don't expect you to just sit there and be a sheep. Donnie Darko, Memento, Waking Life, Fight Club, Identity (the movie itself was stupid, but it was a great concept, poorly executed), Silence Of The Lambs, Bowling for Columbine (yes, I'm a liberal, yes, I'm a democrat, yes, I like Michael Moore), etc. |

I agree with all of you, this movie rocks beyond anything else! As I am sure that you all know, and if you don't you are about to learn, that they are re-releasing Donnie Darko into theaters. This time it is supposed to be a wide-spread release of the film and I know that I will be first in line to see it...unless one of you beats me there.

donnie darko's the best movie i've ever seen...saw it this yr in referral to a friend...and then i hugged him 4 tellin me about it lol...the only rough thing is telling other people about it, and when they ask you wut its about..."Oh, its about a rabbit that comes back in time to save a juvenille kid's life"...it sounds sooo retarded but is really the best movie ever!
