EDIT: Seriously... what happened here?? There wasn't anything too offensive posted. Not when I posted a reply anyways. A little overzealous, are we??

Dear V,

It's snowing here, which made me think of this. How do we really know that no two snowflakes are the same? Do you like snow?

Oh? Since you seem to be in the know, mind telling me why my post was deleted? Was it because of what/who I quoted?

Dear V,

As a fellow mate in the world of huge corporations, I think you could provide some insight for me. I know how to play the corporate game, or I would have never moved up and survived like I've done. I counsel a lot of my employees on the difference between losing who you are and keeping a roof over your head. Do you think there's a finely drawn line between being able to conform to your job without losing yourself and becoming a tool?

You have no way of knowing that unless you got a pair of microscopes as eyes. And I hate snow - makes my bones ache with the chill.

Corporate honchos can tie you around their fingers and puppetise you as much as they can, once they get the whiff that you are willing to conform for stepping higher in the managerial ladder. You have to be very careful in treading between the fine lines of conforming to their interests and standards as well as maintaining your dignity and say in several matters. Remember, the more higher you go, the more exposure you will get. One piece of advice - always be willing to put forth your opinions on certain matters, once you get a step up. They may not like it, but that way you can ensure to show them that you have an opinion independent from them, too.

No chance. You are stuck with an overzealous and excited teenager who is going to make your days and nights hellish from now on. My suggestion - move to a safer location...till Guitar Hero gets outdated, or she gets bored with it.
