Well ...in my opinion..
i truly don't care what people are..neither do i give thier sexual preferences
a second thought.
Em not homophobic..neither am i a..
judge..none of us are..em also not old fashioned..
however i do refrain from discussing my own sexual experiences in
an open forum.
This is between myself and my better half who would be so offended and
no doubt disappointed if i ever did that.

the reverse ???

The was actually a group in the 70's in San Francisco called the Lavender Panthers who were a group of gay men who would go out and harass and beat up straight men.

@bwind
Science has pretty much determined that homosexuality is genetic and not a choice. There are also several other species than our own that are both hetero and homosexual.

I have friends who are gay and who are totally open about it..
i dont understand..why do they insist on making a public announcement?
We have whats called a hero's parade where every gay person in NZ is
showcased up our main street..dressed in all kinds of outfits, on floats
..onlookers
applaud and shout thier approval ..like a carnival atmosphere and em asking myself ...why? do the gay people need our endorsement ??
if your gay...your gay..
if your not..then your not
I don't wish to start a debate on this subject because..as i mentioned earlier..
em not homophobic..neither am i judge..
but to me ..the true heroes are the ones that fought to save our countries..
the mass amount of money and sponsorship spent on this parade would
have been better spent on our soldiers.

There's no such thing as science pretty much determining something. Either it's a fact (They have pinpointed the gene) or it's a theory (Someone believes it, but have no proof.) Plenty of scientists speculate their theories as fact, but it's doesn't make it true until they can prove it.

Like I said, if it was genetic, there's no logic in that gene surviving evolution for hundreds and thousands of years. My own personal scientific theory is that it's a personal choice the individual makes. Until I see proof to the contrary, I don't think I'll be persuaded to believe otherwise.

Personally im proud to be bisexual. I dont care who knows it!

NiKKiE 11-23-2008 11:12 AM

I for one and not for gays but i dont insult them its the way they want to be. They werent born that way though i mean thats b.s. Since theres nothing i can do about it though i choose not to even fight it. Gays are going to take over the world lol.
