I'll admit that I have trolled at forums before (and not only the time that you told me to stop:p), and from personal experience after being banned once or twice and having to make new accounts, the fun goes away FAST. Most sites (Pretty sure HDC does this?) need to send a verification email...so everytime you get banned, you need to make a new hotmail account, too. Way more work than its worth. Id say a few bannings would be enough to keep most anyone away, for awhile at least.

Hence why I say we need more mods. Even if they DO keep coming back, mods will be here to stop 'em. Couple extra mods to take the workload off you and Zwoti, ad poof. Pest problems solved.

But hey, like I (and others) have said: the Ignore feature works miracles. Better than nothing:)

And once again it happens..Im personally requesting that Renob be banned. He had a on site banning but it never stuck and this shit continues to happen. Yeah I could run through horror and quote all the stupid shit he comes out with but im pretty sure most of you including the mods have seen what has been said.

For those who think im overreacting, tough shit. Why should we have a fucked up site from 1 guy, all you prove from opening your mouth is that one idiot defends another.

If most of us ignored them, or at least stopped responding to their posts, I have a feeling they'd go away. I've never used the ignore function before, but I'm going to give it a try.

I mentioned it before too, but if you just "actually" ignore them, just sort of tune them out, it's possible you'll stop caring, and you'll see their comments here and there but it won't affect you.

It works quite well. I have a few people on ignore.

well, i'm usually not in favor of banning people and generally just take Crabbie's line of ignoring people who are annoying.

that said, i will confess that i've been coming on less frequently in part because every thread on general forum is another stupid thread from renob or any interesting thread seems immediately hijacked. . . but no big stress to me either way
