but how do u measure such a thing?
example - some would consider only a house with a man and a woman are fit to raise a child (penelope was recently denied adoption becaues she is unmarried)
so heres some of my beliefs - if you have bad credit, u cant have kids. if you have any chemical dependencies - no kids. if u cant afford to send ur kids to college - no kids. if u urself have no college education (id say, at LEAST an associates) - no kids.
of course EVERYONE believes differently, and theres no way u can draw the line.
and even if people DO pass this test...
