I found a U.S./Canada version on Amazon for $19.

Too much, I'll find it eventually for 4 or 5 bucks.

Yeah, I have purchased several $20 movies. The most expensive film I purchased was Silent Night Deadly Night (1984) for $56, before Amazon offered the same product for $10. I paid $15 or less for most of my horror movies. Well, I hope you end up finding House of Wax (1953) for $4 or $5 (or less).
