Tonight I'm enjoying

Trappistes Rochefort 8

And wow. Definitely deserves its status as a classic. Creamy, spicy, with hints of breads, coffee, and fruit.

Delicious.

A nice tribute to the Belgian Trappist brews. Smooth and warming.
