I honestly couldn't remember much about this film from seeing it last at about the age of 13, at which time I had no idea it was a Sam Raimi film.
Watching it again, I actually enjoyed it a lot more than I expected after my initial viewing. Pretty dark tale, sad and funny, and what a psycho motherfucker he is! Good score, nice camera-work, and actually had a pretty comicbook "feel" throughout.
I'm sure that watching this, the comic would have been VERY good, I'll be trying to download it soon.

Venom

Not that great really. Some decent killings and gore, rather stupid plot, predictable ending. Not recommended. Overall: 4/10

I just watched Darkman a couple days ago. A real treat I forgot about.
