ok, it sems every one is forgeting the movies that came befor jvf.
ok freddy got his behind handed to him on 5 diff ocasions by teenage girls , and 2 by middleaged. no special weapons, no experiance,
and jason come on he's been offed by everyones lil sister. i mean come on ash would stand a hell of a better chance than mick myers( witch is one of my personal favs but not for a vs movie)
but ash is still a stupied ideal a fanboy wet dream
ash is a charater that somehow got a life of his own due to over obsevive fandicks.
the movies were ok but hes no hero he is a man with heroic statas thrust upon him.
i mean why not use peter( from dawn of the dead), or linoel( fram dead alive/braindead) , or loire( halloween) for that matter. all just as kewl charaters, i though the jason vs freddy was ok, not great just ok.
i got more hyped up for h2o, but thats just me.

The Sixth Sense IS NOT A HORROR MOVIE. It is suspense. It never fails to amaze me how many people try to consider this a horror movie. I gurantee you that if you go down to the video store nearest your house, Sixth Sense won't be found in the horror section. Some people like to think that just because a movie deals with spirits or ghosts, it is a horror movie, but does anyone consider 'Ghost' a horror movie? The answer is 'Hell no'.

Jaws is barely a horror movie. I would consider it more of a suspense film too, bu I can see how some people count it as horror because it's so intense.)

The newest issue of Entertainment Weekly says that New Line Cinema bought the rights to Ash (Evil Dead.) with specific intent of putting him into FvJ2. Bruce Campbell will reprise the role.


This is MAJOR news for horror fans and I expect it to be pretty awesome.

Am I the only person who really, really likes the isea of V.S. movies? Awhile ago on this thread, somebody posted all kinds of screwed up VS ideas, but they all sounded kinda good to me. But I thik Ash would just make Freedy Vs retard boy(aka Jason) a comedy

Yeah, Ash sucks and blows. A man with a chainsaw hand is something you can only do in an old movie like Evil Dead for it to look... ok... but now days with these high graphics and high details, it would look plain stupid.

I think Ash could take Freddy on. If a couple of helpless teenagers who never stood up to anything before could kill him,i think Ash could kill him. i think Ash could team with jason to kill freddy. Then Ash could kill jason by teaming up with him. i just thought it up now. its just an idea. its ok i guess. i dont like it that much.

NO, he wouldn't. In the Dream World, Michael would die before he even gets a chance to attack Freddy. In the real world Michael normaly uses a carving knife, but other weapons, too. Michael sneaks up on you from behind. You saw how much damage Freddy toke from Jason in the real world. Any normal person would've died by crashing through a roof, but Freddy didnt even get hurt. A normal person would've got really hurt and probley drop to their knees if their arm got pulled off, but not Freddy. A normal person would've died the minute Jason got a good stike on them, noot Freddy; hell ,he toke many strikes, nothing. As soon as Michael came striked Freddy with the knife or whatever, Freddy would've turned and starting slicing Michael into little fucking pieces. Jason... well, he's Jason.. he can't be hurt very easily so, no, Michael couldn't beat him.

Thats terrible... I can't believe New Line could've sunk so low. Do you know how fucking stupid Ash is going to look with a chainsaw arm? Say that their is a ring where they fought, with Freddy, Ash would die as soon as he stepped in the right. Freddy is smart and quick. He'll dodge the attempt Ash most likey will make ar him with the chainsaw and stab him deep in the chest repeatedly. Or:

Freddy: Stabs his blades through the wrist of Ash's reaching out hand. Stabs it again and again untill his hand is off, leaving Ash handless.

Ash: Screams out in pain.

Freddy: Beats the shit out of Ash and then ends his suffering by cutting his heart out.

Ash is driving through Texas when his car dies. He is then face to face with a Leatherface. It ends up chainsaw on Chainsaw and ends with Ash shooting Leatherface in the arm and escaping.

I have heard that Freddy vs Jason 2 is just going to be Freddy and Jason. If they do add another killer, I hope that it is Michael because he is very much like Jason, equally strong and unstoppable. Freddy would really have his work cut out for him.
