Is there anyway the mods can get the PM function to send to more than 5 members at a time?

Nope. We Mods are also stuck with the same default settings - maximum of 5 members can be PMed at the same time. It has been that way since the beginning, if I remember correctly.

Only ones who can change that setting are the admins - horror, ElGato or sonador.

Lets say we were to give...oh we'll use Horrorzack as an example....we were to give him the razor [ I'm assuming to kill himself...he could also choke on the toffee] Does that mean we have to pick someone else to take our battle axes to?

also...perhaps the rules should be stickied as they are added....just so we don't have to go through pages to find them

Not necessarily. You can choose the same person to get both treatments, although it would be a waste of the hack, since RAZOR means the contestant is condemned to die and be kicked out of BR by the team concerned.
