While at University, in between lectures some of us invented a drink:

A Jelly SMN - our initials

First you need Baileys Irish Cream then some Raspberry cordial.

Take one mouthful of the baileys' then (without swallowing) take a mouthful of the cordial.

Swish the mixture around your mouth

The Raspberry congeals in your mouth

Swallow

Its like an alcoholic turkish delight - about a £3 a pop.

Another is a heidbanger (also known as alcohol poisoning) this is quite simple:
Get a pint glass and start at one end of the bar and work your way to the other side. About a quarter of a pint will do it - never finished a pint yet.
Very hard to get drunk by it as you tend to throw up after the brandy.
And you need a mortgage to pay for it

*It was a quiz night and my team one it , the first prize was £40 worth of drink - didn't last very long.*

So what do you drink in the heidbanger?

ferretchucker 10-10-2007 10:53 AM

do you lot have stella artois in america or australia?

tic 10-10-2007 10:53 AM

Every spirit behind the bar - whisky, vodka, tequila, rum, brandy, schnapps, etc all in the same glass.

Also works good as paintstripper.

Wouldn't ever reccommend it to anyone, can cause some serious damage to your liver - all that alcohol at the same time.

I was young and stupid then, now I'm just stupid.

Some of them are quite good, some are terrible. The one I have is my favorite. Pumpkin ales are actually a classic American traditional seasonal style. They are a bit light in body and color but with a lovely, spicy flavor.

Lidls are advertising that (HobGoblin) at the moment, so it should be in the stores pretty soon.

The wife is draging me out to some work party of hers in about an hour.....thought I would pop one of these while I was waiting.
