I was just wondering because Aileen Wuornos is considered to be the first female serial killer when there are tons of others who killed way more by poisoning (I can't remember names but one of them was a nurse who killed like 60 babies over 4 years or something) Poisoning is a horrible way to go aswell, it takes a sick person to poison someone and watch them get sicker until they die.
