i'm assuming you're talking about john russo, in which case he cowrote the original notld but his script for rotld was not used.

I get confused, but let me ask. First comes NOTLD, an then George Romero an the other guy split an made 2 different movies, Romero had the right to use Dead, an the other guy could use Living Dead, so then Romero made Dawn of the Dead, an Day of the Dead, an the other guy made ROTLD, an ROTLD 3?

The true sequel is Dawn of the Dead, an then Day of the Dead. cause Geroge Romero directed the original, then only his sequels should be the true ones.
