False! It was originally titled Halloween 666 and the writer of the script added the subtitle "The Curse of Michael Myers" as an inside joke and the producers went with it.

Yes, at the beginning of House of a Thousand Corpses when it shows two guys with sledgehammers pulverizing pumpkins At the beginning of doctor Wolfenstein Creature Feature show, he is one of those guys although for the longest time I thought it was that creepy old zombie man at the end when Chris Hardwick and his girlfriend. Were down there with dr. Satan. Anyway, your turn hahaha
