LOL well I am still working on getting my VCR to stop blinking 12:00....:)

I am not familiar with ArcSoft. My HP digicam came with some software that made it pretty easy to take out the red eye..you clicked on RED EYE, and then it zoomed in for you, and you just moved the mouse over the red parts and POOF they were gone...like magic!! :)

Have you tried Visine.
