Yeah, Nosferatu was pretty scary. I fell asleep watching it (not because it was boring but because it was the night after my last big exam and I was beat) and actually had a nightmare. Well, sort of. Nosferatu was IN the nightmare, but that's not really what it was about.

Anyway, I'm still saying TCM (the original) is the scariest. Also, The Hills Have Eyes. It pales in comparison to TCM, but its still pretty scary.

Well... I guess I kind of have a history with it or something. At my 7th or 8th birthday party, my dad was in charge of renting the scary movies. Haha, and he picked TCM ... for seven and eight year olds. I remember seeing the lady on the meat hook and got so scared I started to cry.

When I was in high school, my cousins and I were looking for a good scary movie to watch and one picked up TCM. I was like "Uh uh... no way. I'm not watching that crazy shit." but I was outnumbered so we took it back home and watched it. My cousins live on a secluded heavily wooded highway of sorts. It's a short cut from the interstate into town so there's always big mack trucks coming by. This set the ambiance for a scary movie and, even though we still watch the movie every time we're together, it still scares the piss out of us. Maybe it's because we're girls, but yeah. I guess in reality its more creepy than scary, but when you're seven, it's scary as all hell.

The Excorsist is so shit if i so that bitch i would just hit her in the face with a bat and evry one says Halloween is scary if its so dam scary why isnt it rated R coz its not

excorcist is by far the most mine bending, scariest movie, story wise

Yeah actually Halloween is rated R. And what does the rating of a movie have to do with being scary or not.
