I know that but I feel like I am getting pushed out of being the host because of one night that 3 people didn't get to talk much.

How would you be pushed out of being host, this confuses me......
You still get to have your show. You can still host as many shows as you want, and we will listen. I know that I will listen whenever I possibly can. If you have a show where it is just HDC members, then I will participate (because anyone that knows even a bit about me knows that I don't just "speak up". I'm a very quiet, shy person. I can't apologize for that, its who I am....and I like me....:) ). But both can exist. I think what people want here is for ALL members to have input, and can participate....while still enjoying and participating in your show.

Yeah but you need to live in US to host a show and no one else knows how to do it so why not just have me host it and I will take the calls and stuff. But if someone else hosts it then good luck and all and have fun figuring it out and all that. Only one person can host the show btw.

that was one of the ideas, that we could have a show in each....

That is regular shoutcast streaming- like what I do on my station. It does not have the phone setup or the callin numbers like what Gore does. No way to call in. No way to host callers. And no- it's not easy to add that capability.

And there is NO reason that the 'one person' couldn't be YOU...We had left the subject of 'host' open for discussion

Aside from that, there's no need to insult our collective intelligence...I'm quite sure that SOMEONE here is smart enough to figure out how it works, especially Neverending, who has had a radio show for quite a long time


Let me try to make my questions clearer, since you may not have understood them, because they were unanswered:

On your show's page, it lists the name and topic of each show...If you put one up that says something like "HDC LIVE: This show is ONLY for the members of HDC, to discuss forum topics and hang out...Please don't call in if you are not a member of HDC" Won't your OTHER regular listeners feel 'pushed aside'?...Wouldn't they be upset and call in just to let you KNOW they didn't appreciate it?

If it was something that was EXCLUSIVELY for HDC...Wouldn't you have to make a whole new page, with a different number?
