I loved Wolf Creek.
I thought Hostel was a lazy attempt at an interesting concept.

I enjoyed Wolf Creek. I really like the killer. He was so charming.
Hostel was okay, it had some really nice parts and I liked the story, i just didnt care for how it was done.

I liked both....Wolf Creek is a little slow at first, but turns into a creepy movie. I thought Hostel was cheesy but super violent. It has some intense torture scenes ...I really liked it. I'm surprised more people on this site didn't like it.

[SPOILER ALERT]

To be honist I though they were both crap.

Hostel was just random gore and was boring and the characters seemed so bland.

Wolf creet made you sleep for the first half of the movie. Then a random happy chap comes along and kills them all. I just don't understand why hes killin' them? It seems he must be some guy who likes killing peopel I suppose. But I wanted him to use that screw driver on the girl he tied up but he didnt :(

Oh and look at the part were he shoots tha car tyre and keep replaying it and you will se the car turns on its side then suddenley spins all the way round. This is just lazy editing and then the car has no scratches or anything. It is pretty poor but seriusly. Isn't it intense and the best line "Thats not a knife, this, this is a knife" and then "dont worry its not gonna kill you, its just a cut" And here fingers are chopped of :D

Me and my mate watched it and my mate is a complete wuss. He had nightmares over FINAL DESTINATION 3 ... hahahaha

Anyway, he thought it was really scary but, zzz BORING!

Anyway thats what my views are, who agrees with me?

Wolf Creek was very good, slowly built up a relationship with the chararcters and the psycho was the sort of bloke you could enjoy a pint with down the local boozer.

Hostel was ok but it relied on the fact that people were being tortured as the shock component, at no time did I feel any sort of sympathy for the wankers being tortured or was any effort put into building up some tension.
