(see the "top 5 most hated bands" thread;) )

the 5 bands I'm listening to right now are:

1. the Pogues
2. Nebula
3. Magnetic Fields
4. American Nightmare
5. Mastodon

I listen to all types of music though, and I seriously mean that. from black metal to old country to hip hop, I like it all.
AFI, though, I just can't take them seriously. They change their sound according to what is selling at the time and every cd sounds different from the last. Not that a band changing its sound is bad, but when you do it to cater to whatever is selling, that's just fucked. There are lots of bands that have been mentioned on here that I don't take seriously though, so I don't know why I'm singling out AFI...

Hrmm...

Just a bunch of my favorite Bands... No particular order (aside from Led Zeppelin, which has to be my Number 1 because of Stairway to Heaven, Bron Y Aur Stomp, and Trampled Underfoot)

Led Zeppelin
Rage Against the Machine
Nirvana
White Zombie/Rob Zombie
Deep Purple
System of A Down
Audioslave
The Prodigy
Daft Punk
Moby
Red Hot Chili Peppers
Jimi Hendrix (Experience)
Metallica (Very early stuff)
The White Stripes
Jet

Hrmm...

Can't think of anything else that's really significant in my mind...

Ah well...

*FADE OUT*

Wait... Late addition! DOKKEN!!!!! (Gag-band... had to add them... If you know them, you'll get it...)

do you like peter gabriel by himself or w/ genesis? i personally like phil colins w/ genesis better. gabriel is better by himself.
i saw aerosmtih ths summer in concert w/ kiss. i was disappointed w/ aerosmith. they didn't play many hits and they played more of there new album thats coming out thats more blues. no janies got a gun or angel. i was disappointed and there prices for merchandise was really high IMO. aerosmith is great i like there stuff from the 80s better then what they realeased recently.

all and all your just an other brick in the wall.....:D my fav pink floyd song

I'm torn on Pink Floyd's best song, either Comfortably Numb or Wish You Were Here. Although In The Flesh is fun to play in public and watch people react to him wanting to shoot all the Jews and Coons.

Aerosmith was definately better when they were starting out, but some of their later stuff was great, too. Pump, Permanent Vacation and Get a Grip especially.

And Peter Gabriel owns Phil Collins' pretentious ass.
