Interesting plot there Ferretchucker, sounds very horrific and gruesome, can't wait to see what you post next. Mine has more magic in it, but its all black magic, nobody is who they seem and you can't ever trust what a character says.

im aiming for 10,000 words in total.

I've completed 1/5 of that.

I dont go by word count when I'm writing a story, it's too easy for me to go over it when I write. I just go with the flow and make sure that scenes aren't lagging and that the ones that are I make sure I cut them.

I know exactly what you mean! I've got the same problem...I start stories then an inspiration for another hits me and I get too envolved in that and forget about the stories I haven't complited
