Yeh it kinda annoys me when this forum takes turns for the worst. I usually just give it a break for awhile. Its kinda weird comming back and there's a new gang of people on here. I guess I've been comming here on and off for ages now... maybe I'll stay this time.

if for some reason i think of something to say i will say it and if something starts with a friends (most recently Dante and HB vs Alky Trio and GoodandEvil) i will get into it... or if i'm bored

I stick with the simple "You're an idiot" line. Not much more really needs to be said. But seriously, this whole "don't play into their hands, don't stoop to their level" line.... who cares if I play into the person's hands? If he/she wants to type some crazy nonsense just to make people curse him/her out, I'll give them the satisfaction.

It's not like they're really gaining anything tangible out of it... it's not real life, it's on a computer.

you evoke a response/emotion in real life - thats not tangable either ..

ww've had a couple of waves of bullshit here in the past and you end up wading through pages of dreck to get to the one or two intelligent/amusing things that might have been said all weekend long ...

its a proven fact that when this shit keeps up a forum loses a lot of good posters .. people who want to contribute but cant be bothered with shuffling through garbage..
I was tempted to leave as wella couple of times ...

and then what do you get - eventually just a dried up little battle ground for morones - and eventually just a dead forum .. ask around - its happened on lots of others ..

for some that is the ultimate goal .. for others they dont realize what they are doing - they are just foolish enough to think that it's cool .. big badass on a keyboard.

In interesting philosophical issue is raised here, I think. "Tangible" means something that has a physical form, that you can touch. Technically, emotions aren't tangible. But anyone who's had 'em will probably agree that, indefinable as they are, they're real.

I believe that these spamtrolls, as I call 'em, cause real violence--but it's emotional--it's the type that doesn't draw blood.
