The Hottest State.... not as bad as I've heard. Both characters are completely relatable, and the movie has heart.

-The Omen (06') With Commentary.
-Jackass: The Movie. -Apt Pupil. |
Kung Fu Panda (2008)
Phenomenal. For the first time in CGI animation history, Dreamworks has matched the breadth and genuity of Pixar. This ranks up with some of the greatest animated features I have seen. |
Young Frankenstein

This wasn't as horrible as I thought it would be. |
Stir Crazy.
Gene Wilder is easily one of my favorite actors now. |
Rambo
awesome 8/10 |
American Gangster – The Ridley Scott 1970s Drug Kingpin movie. Fun, but not quite the masterpiece I was expecting. Some good lines and Denzel was tons of fun, though.
Sam |
Someone rented Meet the Spartans and I couldn't get past the first 30 minutes. Wasn't even stupid funny, just stupid.
|
ASSAULT ON PRECINCT 13
....one of my very favorite bad-ass action flicks. |
The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly - 9/10
I haven't watched it in a while... Still the best Western of all time, IMO. |

Last watched: We Jam Econo: The Story of The Minutemen Very cool documentary probably the best I've seen since End Of The Century. There's a bunch of great live footage of these guys in action. Inspirational. 666/10 |
ace in the hole (1951)
gripping, potent look at not only the power of the media itself, but the people that give it that power in the first place. it plays like a less satirical, but more intense network, and is very much still appropriate today (if not more so). everything is just so well-done, kirk douglas absolutely nails the main role. highly recommended for alky, __v__, neverending, and despare. |
Never seen it- sounds very interesting!

Cold Creek Manor (2003)

Hmm.....I think The Thing (remake)
I have to say, it is one of the best remakes I've ever seen, it's definitely one of my favorites x) |
Be Cool .. not always deal on target ... but very entertaining for most of the film.
Spaced Invaders ... had to admit it made me chuckle a couple of times |
"Mama's boy" (2007) 7/10
Jon Heder and Jeff Daniels were terrefic opposit each other and Anna Faris character was fun as well. The theme in "Mama's boy" comes very close to "Mr. Woodcock", but MB had me laughing out loud much more often. |
The Strangers
6/10 |
the golden compass. way better than i expected.

Dragonwyck (1946)

I thought it was a pretty decent watch, if you get past the first 30-odd minutes. Not great by any means, but a good timepass movie. |
