Saw
I may have already wrote a little recap for this movie after I saw it in the theatre, but I don't recall so I'm writing another one. Saw is quite possibly the movie that had the most potential, yet failed to deliver. The plot was okay, but somewhat confusing and non-sensical. The gore isn't all that abundant. The twist at the end is absoutely fucking retarded and the acting of the blond guy is just a shade above horrible. When the trailers were running for this movie, I honestly thought it had a shot at making it into my top 10, but after seeing it, it'd be lucky to make my top 200. C-

Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2
Well, Dennis Hopper does a good job and the gore is decent, but it went far more comedic than the original and I dont think it paid off well. Aside from Hopper, the acting is mid-grade at best and the plot itself is pretty lame. C

Kung Fu Hustle
Very stylish and quite a bit better than I was expecting. It bills itself as 'Kill Bill meets Looney Toons' so I was expecting something along the lines of Kung-Pow, but this was done MUCH better than that. Now I need to check out Shaolin Soccer. B+

I just finished Crash. Very well done, I can't say it's the most pleasant movie, but it's very good...makes you think a lot. It hit me so much my heart is still fluttering around (as corny as that sounds), and it shows Americas issues at their finest...so for what it is, I say 10/10

Blah. That happened to me when I tried to rent Bio-Zombie. I sent it back for a replacement, and they sent me the same broken disc. Lame!

Anyway, if it makes you feel any better, Prozac Nation wasn't that good, in my opinion. The book is though, if you can handle the constant exhibitionism.

ok,so they sent the FIXED dvd,and you were so right.
I will never,ever doubt you again.:D

Well, I hate to say I told you so, but... I told you so. ;)

The last movie I watched was Talk to Her. Excellent film, quite possibly Almodovar's best.

Blair Witch Project 2

I had been putting off watching this one because I really didnt like the first one very much at all. I was pleasently surprised by this though (Probably due to such low expectations.) Not a whole lot of gore, but the acting was decent and the story/plot was far better than I was expecting. I am hesitant to say that it was a good horror film, but I will say I liked it better than the first. (I liked the originality & had a lot of respect for what they did with their limited budget on the first one, but the movie itself kinda sucked.) C

Original TCM

Wow. This is a movie that needs to be seen more than once. The 1st time I saw it I was a bit disapointed, but I guess thats cause I was watching it with friends and couldnt really take it seriously. Definatly a great, classic, scary movie.

Swimming Pool
Could have been a really really good physcological thriller,if it had a better writer,a better director,a better script,a better editor.
The actors did the best they could..poor Charlotte Rampling, this woman is one of the BEST actresses in the world and they murdered her performance.
