Even worse would be having to take a dump being only 10 minutes from work (drive time) but you are stuck in the beginning of a 45 minute traffic jam that there is no way around, no place to pull over and have a meeting scheduled for first thing that morning that you CANT be late for.

Usually about every 2-3 days, but always in the daytime, for anywhere from 2-6 hours...Pretty much whenever I can't move anymore, but I always have more energy at night so..daytime...yeah... :)
