True, the King was a very big man when he died. He loved hamburgers and fast food. I wonder if thats how they came up with 'Burger King'? I respect your thoughts on the King for not everyone thinks the same. But in my opinion Elvis was and is The King of Rock 'N' Roll. To me no one had a voice quite like his. I for one am sad he didn't live longer.

Celtic Ireland. And I don't want any ninnies crackin' about how the ancient times sucked. Leave me with my fantasy about being an ancient Xena type. ;) J/K None of you are ninnies.

I think the 30's or 40's..........classy was cool back then, and movie stars were really stars............AND.........were actually expected to know how to ACT...........little thing lacking in lots of so called stars now.........

It would be difficult to pick one, but I am going to say late 13th century Scotland. I would have wanted to be on the battle field fighting for Scotlands' Independence.

That is what real wars were like not the high tech video games we have now were you blow up your enemy with the push of the button and a whim.

Also any time in the middle ages, Yes I have fantasies of King Arthur Pendragon, Merlyn, Camelot and all that. It just seemed to be a time of when honor actually meant something.

Also ancient Japan, during the time of the Samurai, and the art of the ninja.

But the 80s most of those bands were still around. And the Misfits were born with a lot of other great bands...
