Probably the best non-horror movie of 2014, imho.

I've heard that it's either the best movie of the year or the worst. What makes it so great?

What makes it great is if you haven't read the biography. :D

The movie is like a mix of several epic movies such as Forrest Gump, Life of Pi, Pearl Harbor, Empire of the Sun etc.

I'm not a very big fan of Forrest Gump or Pearl Harbor...

No seriously, there's so much going on, especially in the first half, it doesn't matter what you like or dislike. You will probaly find other movies to compare it to than I have. ::smile::
