There movies, and I know it blurry, but I got the camera for $10, so wat do ya expect?

my cameras the same way im either trying to get it to work is trying to make the pic look like something more then a blur

Experiment with it...That's what I had to do with mine...Take some pictures with flash...No flash...Indoor lighting with flash...Indoor lighting with NO flash...Outdoor lighting with flash...Outdoor lighting with no flash...Different parts of the house where lighting varies...etcetera....Oh, and make sure that the camera is at least 4 feet away from whatever you are taking the picture of, that really helps...It took me a while, but I eventually got some decent pictures:)
