By the way, for all you curious-Georges out there (yes, even you ThomasGeorge), the voting will open on
Friday night, September 4th. I like to keep the lines open for receiving ballots from all HDC members till the 25th (thats 3 weeks from opening), so that we will have the HDC Awards presentation ceremony on Sunday, September 27th. Why 3 weeks, some of you might ask? Because ONE of the TWO NEW Horrys being "introduced" (returning actually...) from this year onwards, needs considerable deliberation, debating, careful choosing and PLENTY of votes. The reason? Its not just an Award...or a honorable Horry... It will also be an OFFICIAL TITLE! More details to come next week. Be eager for next Friday night! |

Looking forward to it! Shame though, I'm never online when they're actually announced because of time zone. That isn't to say I'm hinting you should change it to an earlier time. The masses are in the US, so it makes more sense to have it at a time suiting them best.
I take it we find out the categories tonight? |
