Bwind, how about a vehicle for your guy. He seems like the type to have one. Some badass mega enforced thing to make the tumbler batmobile look pussy.

Sure, he can have a vehicle.

Vehicle: Bullet proof van, tinted glass, loaded with weapons and ammo and a Harley Davidson chopper style motorcycle that he keeps loaded in the rear for when he needs to get in to those hard to reach places or be a little conspicuous.

Haystack could make you an armored van and custom chopper.
