I was also curious, since you have such amazing computer skills, maybe you would know, is there a way to rip the vocals out of songs and leave all the music intact?

thanks for the compliment...as for ripping out only the vocals to keep the music...this is almost impossible since there are often only two tracks (stereo) made out of alot of tracks...so you got to have the original tracks which is maybe 16 tracks..then take away the vocal track....maybe F.B.I have some special sound equipment to do it ?...I'm not sure if any pc software can do it so that it sounds okey...you can do some things in wavelab

Hmmmm.....Is there a program that could turn the volume of just the vocals down a little bit so you can record over it? I've done it with Windows Media Player, but I'm wanting to record over a song just to see how my vocals sound, and media player won't let me record like that.

I've been helpin dealing with my 11 day old nephew. Babies are so cool. He's called Oliver and is really easy to deal with. He hardly ever cries and sleeps most of the time.
