As well as Bad Brains, Rites of Spring, Scream, Gray Matter, Nation of Ulysses etc

those are all classics. I never saw Bad Brains or Scream, but I've seen the others.

I envy you.... I'm a bit younger than that scene. Also, I'm a westcoast kid. DC bands RARELY come to California. Which is bullshit.
