Some ppl are athletes because they have talent.
Some are just in it because they have fathers who need them to be what they never could.
Some ppl are because it's a one way ticket to popularity.
There are many many reasons for getting into sports,and not all,actually most of them are not because they are meatheads or whatever else some of you call them or think of them.

I had talent and could have gone on to some seriously good schools but blew it with an injury.

Austin had,has talent and almost blew it with an injury but now looks like he has another shot.(at least that's what I gathered from your posts,I hope Austin:) )

If you want to trivialize something...go bother drug dealers and rapist and killers etc.etc.

I think Nova may have read to much into it. Like you ( or maybe even both of us) were downing jocks. Now I can't speak for you Elvis, but I wasn't downing anyone. Like I said previously I associated with everyone. ( preps jocks cheerleader, metal head, druggies, outcasts, whatever) I forgot where exactly I was going with this. So yeah, I'll stop here.

We were just saying what we did in high school. No one was giving anyone shit.

I played basketball for three years and soccer my sophmore year....I was very into Drama, and spent most of time in there. I was a skater kid, and still am :D

I wouldn't have anyone change a thing they said,everybody has an opinion and yahooo for that.

LOL yea. Well thanks for all that. Although mostly from movies & what not I knew all those ways to look at it. :D Now I have scenes from a high school football movie running through my head. Varsity Blues.
