I've broken both my wrists at the same time, by slipping down some stairs...hey, it was either the wrists or the spine that landed first, I went with the wrists. Not bad breaks, but plenty painful.
I've had my foot run over during a hasty exit from a car...no bones BROKEN, but the bones of my right foot were seperated and had to be put back in place.
Ive broken knuckles (the big ones) on both my hands, did thai boxing for a few years a couple years back, and yeah...I was enthusiastic. They use rather solid bags, I hit them rather hard. The knuckles just mended themselves more or less...they look a little abnormal now, 'cos I never relly gave em a chance to heal properly...
I've disclocated my right shoulder. I was holding the rail thing in a bus, and some dick in a car pulled in front of it, bus hit the brakes hard, a few people tumbled, I held on, and when I took my hand off the rail, my arm was sticking out at an odd angle...I moved it around a little, pushed my palm against a wall and it kind jarred itself back in. To this day I can still pop it back out...but refrain from doing so - the pain when it goes back in, isn't worth the party trick grossout.
I've hairline fractured my knees and one of my elbows, and got a wicked twisted wrist after skateboarding down a long steep hill, and hitting some kinda stick or something, got tossed from the board, and yeah....didn't wanna hit the ground face first. The elbow and knees STILL (after about 10 years) have scarring where I had to dig out the peices of gravel.
I've had the bone at the side of my eye impacted playing baseball, nothing big...getting it back out wasnt pleasant. Minor scarring.
Probably the worst I've had would be the broken skull, at the age of two or three I think...naturally, not much memory of the incident, but from what I've been told, I went up the adder of a rather large metal slide, and went down it head first...that wouldn't have been a problem but for the dip at the end of the slide, it kinda "launched" me to the nearby outerskirting of the sand area, which was a solid log. Lights out. pparently I didnt speak again for six weeks.
Yeah, thats pretty much it for me.
