There is nothing wrong with eating bugs. Had baked meal worms with a nice cajun seasoning on them. They are very good. Have also had meal worms alive. Dont think i would eat any bugs that are not from a pet store though since you are not sure of their health status. Bugs from the store are kept in good health to insure nothing gets sick off of them.

I'll stick to a good ole slab of bloody cow, or deer meat.

Sorry but the idea of eating bugs just does not appeal to me at all.

you sure? I've noticed some nice beetles out today

I've eaten a fair few of these by mistake but to be honest they don't taste too bad.

yeah, they just sort of pop into my mouth and sometimes I chew them without realising they're there. They taste a bit like grass. One thing though is that if you swallow them whole, unlike sweetcorn they don't come out whole again... wierd!
