Tachii, here is the similarity:

Evil beast is a scraggly haired dead chick in shabby clothing. both have a "scary" scene where they show off a single eye through matted hair. Oh yeah, and its "a curse that will get you anywhere, no matter what" :rolleyes:

i'd still go see it ... tastes vary and i might find something i like that hits my buttons.

i sat through res evil 2, i sat through the village, i bought used and watched both cold creek manor and the godsend ...

I just want to know if its as bad as the terrible remake. And whether or not to watch it.

I thought original Grudge 1 & 2 were excellent, hav nt seen remake so can t compare. All matter of taste i hated the remake of Ringu.

what do you mean as bad??? they were here first... they're much better, it's the damn Yanks :D influencing Takashi Shimizu into making a Yankyfied version.
