Trucks

Another film about cars gone wild based on a Stephen King story. There wasn't much plot here. An asteroid hits New Mexico and brings nearby trucks to life to terrorize the inhabitants of a small town. Thiink Tremors, but replace the giant worms with evil trucks. It's an alright film, but nothing I'd go around recmomending.

Leave it to Hollywood to remake a shitty film into a shittier film.

Flight of the Living Dead

A fun movie, zombies kick so much more ass than snakes do.

I don't want to spoil it for anyone.Anyway the whole movie is validated by one great creepy and quite scary scene.

Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy... corny, mindless fun.

Gridiron Gang. I'm a sucker for The Rock, I can't help it.

I liked Gridiron Gang, The Rock actually had a couple minutes in there where he was right up there with Bale. So imo he's got alot of talent that he just hasn't tapped into yet. I'm not saying that he's a bad actor, just an ok one that could be alot better.

And of course it was about football, if a movie is about football and isn't totally terrible, chances are I'll like it.

hellfire1 10-05-2007 08:22 PM

Oh I think the man's got a lot of talent. Much more depth and charisma than the other "action star" Vin Diesel (even though he wasn't bad in Find me Guilty).

I've got some other football movies in line for the weekend, such as Friday Night Lights and Remember the Titans... and I don't even like football.

Wild Hogs

This was about what I expected, which was mediocre comedy. There were some funny parts. Some stupid stuff. Overall, it was alright, but nothing fantastic.

The Hills Have Eyes 2 [2007] - Not as good as the first remake but I enjoyed it nonetheless.

The Dead Zone - This was my first time seeing this film. I thought it was cheap as shit. I mean, dude wakes up from a 5-year coma with no IV, breathing tube, oxygen, EKG, nothing? Ha.

Yep, wrong movie. Best line from Denzel in that movie...

"We will be perfect in every aspect of the game. You drop a pass, you run a mile. You miss a blocking assignment, you run a mile. You fumble the football, and i will break my foot off in your John Brown hind parts and then you will run a mile. Perfection. Let's go to work."
