Nearly as old as I am! Sounds like she had a pretty good life. Well, RIP.

She had a good life, and we loved her like one of our family members. It's just really sad to see her go. :(

Thats really shit to hear.

You fought to keep her and that gave her a couple more months, sorry Dante.

Yup all of them stricken based on the new anti-"Awww" amendments (including the one with you in it, the lot of it makes me go awww )

But in those pics where they're in that cat box thing, it does just look like when you find the two dead bodies of some homeless guys one year after they had a fight over some pickles.

LMAO - Nice

Aw! Leeloo looks so cute (in a furless sort of way :p ). I'm glad they are getting along. My male cat will still bully his sister (he's almost twice her size), but then they'll curl up with each other and sleep. I think Ripley will learn to appreciate having another cat around to play with. My cats are always racing through the house on some kitty mission. :)

Thanks!

Actually, now they've reverted back to aggressor/agressee. :( Leeloo terrorizes Ripley to a point that she's always looking over her shoulder and jumps when one of us makes a sound. I feel AWFUL about it. Time to give her some special attention.

Hey Dante - That's really awful. I am so sorry. Thoughts are with you.

Tigger's actually still a bit paranoid. Just make sure you don't constantly comfort her after a Leeloo attack otherwise she'll think of it even more as a bad, scary thing. But also, don't ignore her.

Can't DL her pic, I think I sent one from my phone to Gore...

When my daughter turned 9 at the beginning of the month, she had some dogs and puppies from foster homes and 2 from the shelter. She had the kids bring things for the dogs in lieu of gifts for herself.
The first time I saw ,what we now call Baylee, I fell in love.
She was so beautiful and fierce looking.
She is a mutt:) She is about 2 years old.
She is pit, boxer and lab.
I told the shelter lady I needed that dog, she said 'good!' , because she was scheduled to 'be put down' on Monday.
(the party was on Sat.)
She has been an experience already.
She got out and lost one day, she fell in the pool, she almost got into a fight with a HUGE dog....oh good lord what have I gotten myself into.
She is turning into a marley dog but I love her anyway.
Wolfgang ( our 13 yr.old cat) hates her of course, but I hope with time he will begin to tolerate her existence.:D
