Totally agree with what's being said about the 2000s too... I really didn't enjoy throwing my 90s list together, it felt kind've weak compared to other eras, especially after the first 10 or so movies, but the 2000s is a much stronger era and despite a lot of Hollywood trash it still has plenty of depth and some genuine quality.... Will get my list finished over the next few days.

I have to say that my absolute favourite movie from this era (and of all time) (Edit: meant to say one of my favouites of all time) wasn't on the master list... "Rose Red"! "The Gravedancers" was another obvious choice for me that wasn't on the list... but obviously there's been a crazy amount of horror movies made in the last 12 years!! I agree, by the way - a lot of good movies to choose from. Even if I don't always like the newest "trends". It's really only the 90s that I didn't like much. |
