My only problem with him is, that ever since American history X he has played it rather safe. Most of his movies he's just playing the same character/himself.

But lets see, when the new Hulk is coming up, if he's able to put some color in the rather boring (all thanks to Eric Bana) Bruce Banner character.

I just wish that all the excellent actors would follow in Johnny Depps footsteps and challenge themself in just about evey movie they're in.

Yeah i know, but after american history X there isnt much he can do to top it.I mean play a neo-nazi rascist is about is big as it gets.Yeah,Like Christian Bale he challanges himself in each movie hes in.Along with Johnny Depp. But i do think,Edward as Bruce will be boring though. But,he might be able to pull it off.

He could play Buster Keaton. ;) :D

No, i'm not asking of him to play better, just to play different characters.

Yeah, i fear for Norton as well. Just can't picture him as Hulk.

Hey, i have a HUGE amount of respect for every actor/actress who, as a kid, can overshadow actors such as John Malkovich. ;)

Rocky Balboa [2006]
I enjoyed it. Much better way to end the series than part 5. Non Rocky fans - like my mom and brother - will most likely find it boring, though.

A couple nights ago I saw Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End (2007). It wasn't anything incredible or anything, but it was a lot of fun, and I'll be damned if Keira Knightley isn't one of the sexiest babes on the silver screen these days.

VampiricClown 05-29-2007 08:27 AM

Saw 3

This is the second time I've watched this movie. I liked it better the first time around, but I wasn't really watching it this time. Me and my girlfriend were playing poker and other things. But yeah, not as good on the second viewing. But it's her favorite series, so I'll watch it again when she comes back over most likely. lol

7/10(Just because I wasn't paying much attention)

Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End

I enjoyed it
It was better than 2 but not as good as 1. it could have been trimmed by about 20 min.

I did stay past the credits

Vodstok 05-29-2007 10:12 AM

28 weeks later. Didnt hear great things about it, but went with a friend anyway. REALLY liked it. Rarely have I seen a movie where you were so sure you were going to see a character for the rest of the movie then BAM somethinghappens to them. GREAT ending, i thought.

And the helicopter/infected scene.... Think dawn of the dead (78) gassing up scene times about 30. :D

My thoughts exactly.

If you've heard bad reviews, I am shocked. I haven't seen it either, but everyone I know that's seen it said it was really good.

Jaws [1975]
Yes, this was my first time. Found out why it's such a classic.

Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End [2007]
I put a few of my thoughts in the other thread so no need to do so here. Still taking it all in, though. If you haven't seen it yet I definitely recommend that you do.

isn't it great when you watch a classic that had slipped through the net. it's like it's released all over again and you you have a private screening at home. jaws is great. i got the same treat on a lesser level with ju on. nice!:)

Batman Begins 10/10 my new favorite movie of all time.

DP McCoy 05-30-2007 03:07 AM

The Exorcist III.
I hadn't watched this in a while and couldn't remember all that much about it so I was pleasently surprised by how good it was.George.C.Scott is outstanding in the main role and the scenes featuring his character and that of Ed Flanders for me provide the highlights of the movie, the chemistry between them is great and the comic timing perfect. The cinematography is suitabley eerie and atmospheric making the most of the Church and Hospital settings. The Director really does create a real sense of tension throughout and provides some nice sharp shocks.Overall a very effective Demonic shocker 8/10
