This was pretty good. Leonardo Dicaprio does a good job acting, good direction, good story based on real events. All in all, pretty entertaining film.

B-

Indeed. This was a pretty good film.

Yeah, it was definately good, but I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it to anybody the way some have for me. If you're a big comedy fan, you'll probably love it.

There are some really, really nasty scenes, some of them funny, some of them just sick. Don't watch this with parents!

Alright,i'll check this out.I love me some comedy,

Phalanx 05-18-2007 11:44 PM

Watched ERAGON last night.
Never read any of the books, but watching this made me understand why my 14yo brother would've liked them as much as he does.
It was pretty decent. Irons was as solid as always. Nice music, effects and all that. Wasn't IMO great enough to rush out to see the sequel/s on the bigscreen, but I'll probably follow them on dvd.

Haha yeah. My dad walked downstairs right during the part where the fat guys and Borat are butt-ass-naked fighting, and the fat guys is on top of Borat with nuts in face yelling "Eat my asshole! Eat my asshole!"

Hehe. It was awkward.

Pan's Labyrinth - Not as good as I was told, but still pretty good.
The CGI was sweet. Worth the 4 bucks to rent it.

I wanted someone else to direct halloween, but now its probly going to be filled with F-bombs and shitloads of blood.Oh and lots of sex, since our dumbass audience likes that stuff nowadays.

But,The begginning, was suprisngly good, the critics bitched about it because of no ass shots....blah.But TCM: The Original is lightyears better then the remake.

I just showed my mom Pan's Labyrinth (2006). Just as moving, beautiful, horrifying, and powerful as it was in theaters.

I love this movie.

Session 9.
GREAT atmosphere and tension...but...it felt a little unresolved. Yeah, I KINDA get what went on, but it seems like it was a twist of this type, just to have one. If you want a film that'll have you feeling uneasy through most of it, it's got that in spades...

Pan's Labyrinth

Finally saw Grindhouse. Felt the same way that lots of people seemed to: liked Planet Terror, didn’t love Death Proof. Dug the trailers for Machete and Thanksgiving.
