Such a great story..

I got a bit confused on the characters but I figured it out. Korean cinema..is amazing!

The Ninth Gate -- 9.5/10; Depp does well in a non-androgynous part.

The Easiest Way to Skin a Cat -- 6.5/10; A slow burn to a gotcha finale.

Housebound - Fun flick. Was better than I thought it would be.

Toxin -- 1.5/10; We have a Danny Glover sighting. Repeat: A Danny Glover sighting, and the worst possible CGI one can imagine.

Hayride 2 -- 0.5/10; I barely recall Hayride 1.

Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare (1991)

I didn't like the story of this sequel too much, it's not my favorite Freddy. But wish I could have watched it in 3-D as it was released in theaters. I think 3-D does wonderful things particularly for horror films. Despite a weak plot, Freddy has lots of great lines in this one---"Every town has an Elm Street!"---which are worth the price of admission. Also a few jump scares that would startle Angra out of his chair.

Dumb And Dumber To (2014)
Not as good and memorable as the first one but certainly not a bad movie.
And it was great to see Jim Carrey acting silly again.

Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters (2013)
Second viewing. I think I liked it as much as the first time.
Good cast, story and special effects.
I'm looking forward to the sequel.

Blackwood -- 7.5/10; A well-shot pseudo-mindfuck with a lead who resembles Bruce Campbell.

I agree with both of you, really enjoyed this one too.
