Woah!

Lookit the Ol' Devil teaching the "youngin" about technology. I'll take that as trade for my explanation of "mumblecore." :danger: ::wink::

heh heh - That's awesome. The TV is ancient; I'll have to see what fits it.

Really didnt like that one. Cliche, lame and predictable. Love watching Amber Heard though.

Sweet, I just noticed a few added to Netflix that I've been wanting to see!
  • Sightseers
  • Beberian Sound Studio
  • The Last Will and Testament of Rosalind Leigh
  • Rubberneck

Now if I could just find the time to watch them...

After reading your review, I don't think so!

Dark Touch (2013) is now streaming. It received mixed reviews but I liked it. On a lot of Best of 2013 horror lists.

Hmm... I trust your take over what Netflix gives. How would describe what it's about?

Much of the fun is not knowing what's really going on, so I don't want to give too much away, but it starts out set up to be a supernatural/haunted house type film, and moves into psychological and possible telekinesis. It's about a troubled girl who undergoes a lot of violent supernatural or psychological experiences, and may or may not be the cause of them. Many reviews have compared it to Carrie.

It's directed by Marina de Van, who did the New French Extreme arthouse body horror film, In My Skin. Dark Touch, however is much more accessible than that film.
